About these terms
These terms apply to spokanebasketballclub.com and to the programs, memberships, and services offered by Spokane Basketball Club, which is operated by In The Zone Sports Performance LLC (which also does business as ITZ Sports Performance) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, contacting us, enrolling in a program, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Text message program
Spokane Basketball Club (In The Zone Sports Performance LLC) sends text messages only to people who give us a mobile number and tick a consent box on one of our forms. There are two separate, optional boxes. Messages about your request include replies to your enquiry, class and evaluation confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. Marketing messages include camps, teams, programs, special offers, and discounts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Text messages are for parents, guardians, and adult athletes 18 or older. By ticking a box you confirm that you are 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you gave us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the text service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To join again, reply START or tick the box on our form again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through our text program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Programs, payments, and general terms
Program registrations, memberships, camps, clinics, private training, and pickleball access are subject to availability and to the schedules, rules, and facility policies posted at our facility or provided at signup. Memberships, bookings, and payments are handled in our booking system, and cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown there at the time of purchase.
Basketball training and pickleball involve physical activity and a risk of injury. Participants, and for athletes under 18 a parent or guardian, agree to follow staff instructions and facility rules. We may change programs, schedules, pricing, and offerings at any time, and we may suspend or end access for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive to other athletes, members, or staff.
All content on this website, including text, images, and our names and logos, belongs to In The Zone Sports Performance LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability arising from your use of it is limited.
Law and changes
