Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email, a phone number if you choose to give one, and your message.

The free-class form also asks for your athlete's grade, so we can place them in the right class.

Text messages are opt-in. We only text you if you tick the box under the phone field, and the form shows the exact wording you are agreeing to. Leave it unticked and we will call or email instead. Reply STOP to any text to end them.

We do not ask for your child's name, birthdate, school, or photo anywhere on this website. Please don't include them in a message.

This site is written for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

We use it to answer you, set up your visit, and — if you joined the class list — tell you about class openings, camps, and open gym.

We don't sell it and we don't share it with advertisers. It goes to our front desk and the tools we use to run the gym.

This site has no advertising trackers.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you: it records which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, and general device and country information. We also count taps on buttons such as Register, Call and Directions, so we know which pages are useful. If we add Google Analytics, this page will say so first.

Your browser remembers two things for us. One is that you've already seen the opening animation, so it doesn't replay — that is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.

The other is how you first arrived: the campaign tag on the link you clicked, if there was one, the site that linked you here, and the first page you saw. It is kept in your browser for up to 90 days. If you send us a form, it comes along, so we know which ad, post or search to thank. It is not a profile, we don't follow you to other sites, and we keep no history of what you looked at. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

If you play the shooting game on this site, your best score is kept in your browser so it can show you when you beat it. It has no name attached, never leaves your device, and there is no leaderboard.

If you press “Pause motion” at the bottom of a page, your browser remembers that choice so the site stays still on your next visit. It is a single on/off setting, it never leaves your device, and pressing the button again removes it.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; loading it connects your browser to Google under Google's own privacy policy.

Memberships, bookings, and payments are handled in our booking system, not on this website. This site never asks for a card number.
