Spokane Basketball Club is operated by In The Zone Sports Performance LLC, which also does business as ITZ Sports Performance, at 18915 E Appleway Ave Suite A102, Spokane Valley, WA 99016. This policy covers this website and the text messages we send.

When you contact us through a form, we collect your name, your email, a phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. Optional website measurement is described below.

The free-class form also asks for your athlete's grade, so we can place them in the right class.

Text messages are opt-in. Under the phone field there are two boxes, one for messages about your request and one for marketing messages, and each shows the exact wording you are agreeing to. Tick either, both, or neither. Leave them unticked and we will call or email instead.

We do not ask for your child's name, birthdate, school, or photo anywhere on this website. Please don't include them in a message.

This site is written for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

We use it to answer you, set up your visit, and — if you joined the class list — tell you about class openings, camps, and open gym.

We don't sell it and we don't share it with advertisers. It goes to our front desk and the tools we use to run the gym.

If you give us your mobile number and tick a box, Spokane Basketball Club (In The Zone Sports Performance LLC) may text you. The first box covers messages about your request: replies, class and evaluation confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. The second box covers marketing messages: camps, teams, programs, special offers, and discounts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This site has no advertising trackers.

Optional analytics load only if you choose Allow analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, and may use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager or directly when configured, to measure public-page visits and actions such as calls, registration-link clicks and delivered inquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies. We do not send form contents, names, emails, phone numbers or athlete-profile pages to these analytics tools. Advertising tracking and personalized advertising are not enabled.

Your browser stores your analytics choice for up to 180 days. Use Cookie & analytics choices in the footer to change it. Declining removes our saved attribution and accessible Google Analytics cookies and stops optional measurement. Your browser also remembers that you've already seen the opening animation, so it doesn't replay — that is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.

If you allow analytics, we remember how you first arrived: the campaign tag on the link you clicked, if there was one, the site that linked you here, and the first page you saw. Campaign labels and referral information are kept in your browser for up to 90 days; advertising click identifiers are not saved. If you send us a form, it comes along, so we know which ad, post or search to thank. It is not a profile, we don't follow you to other sites, and we keep no history of what you looked at. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

If you play the shooting game on this site, your best score is kept in your browser so it can show you when you beat it. It has no name attached, never leaves your device, and there is no leaderboard.

If you press “Pause motion” at the bottom of a page, your browser remembers that choice so the site stays still on your next visit. It is a single on/off setting, it never leaves your device, and pressing the button again removes it.

If you close the camp-dates notice on the home page, your browser remembers which camp it showed so the same notice doesn’t come back. It never leaves your device; a new camp brings the notice back once.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; loading it connects your browser to Google under Google's own privacy policy.

Memberships, bookings, and payments are handled in our booking system, not on this website. This site never asks for a card number.
